Vehicle Movements Due to heavy rush there could be vehicle collision may happen. So avoid such saturations we need extra personal to help people in entering and exiting from venue with their vehicles. Fund management As this event happened to generate fund and all collected profit from this fund will be used in cancer research. It is essential to assign a person who holds all the inflow and outflow of the fund so that at the end we could measure the profile generated from this event.
